When i start my computer i get two dialog boxes saying "GrooveUtil module has stopped working" and another one " Internet extensions for Win32 has stopped". How do i solve this problem???

Solution
Goto control panel, programs and features, select microsoft office. Click on change in the top bar and it should give a list of options including repair.

Both features are associated with MS Office - do you have Office installed? If so it may be worth running a repair install for it.

Worth running a system file check - goto programs, accessories, right click on command prompt, run as administrator. In the command window enter the command

sfc /scannow

Had you run any system or driver updates just prior to the problem first occurring?

no...i think it is a virus.I had actually downloaded a keygen and thats when the problem started to occur.I ran my antivirus, antimalware(quickheal) and also with malwarebyters. They detected some malware and cleaned them but the problem persists.

We cannot offer any support or advice to help deal with problems arising out of the use of pirated software. It may be the keygen itself which has caused the problem directly or the efforts of the antivirus which you ran which has had to deal with files corrupted by the keygen. Whichever it is you will find problems trying to recover and you are unlikely to get help or support for it from any reputable source. This thread is now closed.
