Hi

I have Windows showing the dark theme but I'd like to set Skype to the normal appearance as it was until a recent update.
I'm pretty sure there is someplace that you can choose which appearance you want but I can't find it.

Anyone have any ideas?

several different sections of skype's new interface (8.25.0.5), MikeHawthorne … you are wanting "theme" settings … change from dark* to light* … hidden at top-left region of main chat interface. careful up there … two different sub-regions:
◦ three dots beside each other (like an ellipsis) = "app-settings".​
◦ member's pic/name = "personal-preferences".​
seems you are wanting the personal-prefs.

click your pic/name at top-left corner … settings window appears … position your cursor in front of window … scroll-bar appears on right-edge … scroll to bottom. right above "help and feedback" are settings for...

click your pic/name at top-left corner … settings window appears … position your cursor in front of window … scroll-bar appears on right-edge … scroll to bottom. right above "help and feedback" are settings for "theme" … click it. when you finish … click the large "check-mark" in bottom right-hand corner. if you decide to not change … click the "back-arrow" at top-left.

and yep, MikeHawthorne … way different from the previous incarnation.
