Got a weird problems with Tables on a word document and need help fixing it! I've attached a picture of the problem and would be grateful if someone can help, thanks!

It's over lapping onto the next page blocking the header at the bottom, and the other that it doesn't seem to have a closing at the top of the new box

Could you perhaps indicate the problem with an arrow in the image or just state what the problem is, as you see it.
It is not evident (to me) from the image supplied.
