backup

When I run the windows backup it ends prematurely with the message below. I have looked for solutions to this but have found nothing which works.

I stupidly deleted files from my Seagate backup, OneDrive, and computer. How can I get them back? I have tried Recuva but it does not work. The Windows Recovery does not work. Any suggestions particularly any software that really works? Thanks, srbuckeye
