If I want to connect the on screen keyboard to the shortcut button of my pen, I know where to find it.
Well, I now want to connect the on screen trackpad to the shortcut button. Where would I find this app.
In old Win7 users could place a shortcut on TaskBar then open Properties of this shortcut, go to "Shortcut" tab and enter
%windir%\explorer.exe /n,/e,D:\data
This opens (when clicked) Windows Explorer and mark and expands directory D:\data\
Unfortunately this does not work any more in Win10...
I've recently come across something that has perplexed me and I do not understand the reason for it.
Under C:\Users there is a shortcut called All Users. This takes me to C:\ProgramData. In ProgramData there is a shortcut for Desktop, Documents, Start Menu, Templates but oddly, ApplicationData...
On one of my older laptops, there was an F12 key that disconnected from the net. I looked on line for a guide somewhere to tell what the F keys do. None of the entries seem to address win10. At any rate, I like to leave my laptop on but I'm not necessarily on it. Since no F key shortcut should...

Assume I have multiple windows open (browser, WinExplorer, Word,...).
Is there a way to hide all these windows at once to show only desktop, then double click on one of the icons on desktop to start another prgm and finally re-show the previously hidden windows again?

Hi,
I want to automatic update Properties for a Windows shortcut from a Bash script.
Especially values in Target and Start in. Typically update from e.g. 'Open Office 4' to 'Open Office 5' for those.
Any idea?
Thanks!

Step 1 : Unlock taskbar if not locked.
Step 2 : Make a new folder where ever you want. (I put mine under C)
Step 3 : Name the folder something that you can remember. (I put mine to...
