Hi all, I'm new to the forum.
Basically I register mainly to ask this question.
I have a older laptop with an older SSD where I installed Windows 10 (Version 21H1, OS Build 19043.1348) on drive C with the diligently maintained 10-12 Gb of free disk space. I rarely install anything new because I...

I want to remove the Windows.old file.
I want to get rid of it before I make my System Image of the C:\ drive.
It's 27.4 Gigabytes, and I'd like to not have to back it up.
I don't need it, I have a System Image of the old drive already.
I used to do it with Cleaner, but it doesn't show it as a...

Hi, was wondering if I could get any help, but recently I bought a really cheap laptop, and its storage was 30GB. Due to windows 10 being the size it is, that's pretty much all my storage eaten up. i have recently purchased an 240GB SSD but was wondering how I can move all the windows 10 files...
Bookspace disk space
I noticed that I have unallocated disk space on the system disk. Quite a lot, in relation to the size of the disc in question, and so I like to use it.
Does Windows have any tool / option to add it to C drive? The disk space reserved for programs and applications would...

I just purchased an HP laptop with a 128 GB M.2 SSD Hard Drive. Besides the original setup and adding some basic programs, I've done very little in a week.
But my C: Drive has already used 42% (only 69GB free) A further disk analysis shows that, of the total used, Windows has used 30%...

Hi all,
We have a legacy Fujitsu Server with just 4x HDD bays (4x disks) - we have 2 mirrored arrays and one of the array is small and we need to upgrade the disks with larger disks but retaining all the data inside.
As far as I know the below procedure should work well:

I offloaded 4500 photos to my new 256GB SSD drive. One Drive says it is now full. I can go in and delete a bunch of them but it seems this SSD drive should fit all of them. Is One Drive also filled with other stuff of mine? Is it the cloud? That's all I can figure. Thanks.
Hello so I have a 30gb SSD C drive and a 1tb hard drive as my D drive. I want to install Office on my D drive and I can't start the setup because it keeps trying to install on the C drive. How can I change this? I don't wanna mess up my registry so what can I do?
I have a fixed-size partition C for my Windows 7 (I've given it almost 100 GBs and I don't download anything or leave it on C. I have Linux installed as well) and It's coming closer and close to being full.
I'd like to hear your suggestions/advice on how you guys deal with this issue/problem?
Hi guys,
I've have successful removed a dual boot and booting ok win10 after rebuild mbr and removing linux partitions.
However, I have 4 partitions at this moment and I would like to know if I can delete some without causing any issues to win10. Thanks in advanced.

I made a complete system image backup on an external hard disk about a month ago, now I want to update the image. Does creating system image again on that same external hard disk create everything from scratch or update the existing backup?
If so, how can I update my existing backup?
I want to provide a lot of space for a Linux Mint distribution to run on the windows pc, having first set up a dual boot system. I had a D: drive with 800MB of space not being used. I deleted the D: drive and that space became "Unallocated". Following the instructions, I should be able to click...

I have just installed the fall creator update and all seems fine. I also made a flash drive for a clean installation if needed.
My question is, How long should I not remove the disc cleanup system files because I want to create an image that does not contain all those files.
