An article on Computerworld from Dec 2019 states that this version has bugs that continue to haunt the user. I am hesitant to install this just yet. Can I wait until bugs are worked out? Don't have tech support from Dell anymore so don't need any deep problems. Thanks.

For almost 2 years I have Lenovo Legion Y520-15IKBM.
I noticed that I have an old version of the system (1803). Windows did not inform me about this.
Trying to upgrade to 1903 (or 1909) the problem occurs:

As far as I know there is a way to connect from Win10 system directly to an Android SmartPhone through Wifi.
The Android system should be mounted (=visible) afterwards as drive in Win10 File Explorer.
How can I achieve this?
Peter
I just purchased an HP laptop with a 128 GB M.2 SSD Hard Drive. Besides the original setup and adding some basic programs, I've done very little in a week.
