windows media player

I have a bunch of these files uploaded from my phone camera. The video files play great, but there is no audio. I have installed ffdshow, k-lite, quicktime alternative, and QT-Lite. Nothing has worked. Do I have to suck it up and install quicktime to play these files? VLC? I really want them...

When I play games the speakers work in 5.1 & it's fine :razz:, but when I play music with Windows Media Player, Winamp & VLC it seems the spekers are working in 2.1.:mad:
