Windows 7 A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS

HELLO.Im green as ....and i got a few problems:my new google chrome is not so fast as it use to be.my cpu is going crazy when i use media players wmp or winamp it dosent matter,i think my laptop is using too much power in general. so when i want to hear music(the laptop is my only music source)i have to use my streaming service because it do not use all my cpu specsperating system:windows 7 home premium 64 bit.cpu: intel pentium t4500 2.30ghz penryn 45nm technology.RAM:4,00gb dual-channel ddr2 398mhz(6 6 6 18).MOTHERBOARD:acer jv50 (u2e1).GRAPHICS:standard pnp mobile intel (R) 4 series express chipset family.HARD DRIVES: 313gb westwern digital wdc wd3200bevt-22zct0(sata) OPTICAL DRIVESptiarc dvd rw ad-7580s.Please i need guidance or help.I have used a progam to give me these information and if you need it i can give you the components temperature.I AM PURE AND SIMPLE AN PC IMBICIL please i realy need all oppinions.Kind Regards casi.

Have you tried using a different browser? Check your system for any malware, spyware, adware and virus's. Then defrag your hard drive.
