Windows 7 ADSL IPv4 and IPv6 not connected

Alright, firstly, please forgive my poor English. I'll try my best to explain all the issues clearly.

from very above downto the third line are:
IPv4 connection : not connected (Not OK, it wasn't like that)
IPv6 connection : not connected (No public IPv6 connection in China, this is OK)
Media State: connected

But as you can see below, network is OK (Yeah, it seems that).

The problem is, this ADSL connection is not showed in 'Avtive Networks'. Most online activities are OK, but somw applications like EA Origin are malfunctioned (I'm sure it is because of the problem in network connection)

I've tried reset my winsock, LSP, netsh int ipv4,also reinstalled drivers. All above didn't help.

you may wanna have a look at my Network and Share Center. Here it comes.

Area 1 shows that there is no active networks except a 'unidentified network'(this refers to Local Area Conncetion. Since I don't neither have a router nor use LAN, that don't matter). When ADSL was OK, I got a active ADSL network there.

So how can I deal with it?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Difficult to interpret your attachments as I do not read or speak the language but I do recognize a a park bench and a public network when I see one and that issue is frequently associated with an absent default gateway in your IP configuration as well as generally a product of an APIPA IP as your network adapter is unable to obtain an valid and proper IP addressing scheme from whatever is responsible for delivering DHCP on your network, normally your router, or your ISP provided device.
You can just uncheck IPv6 just in case your device is having some issue with it. Set your IPv4 properties to obtain automatically on both IP and DNS. Turn off your computer and any other devices between you and the internet (router unplug it) (ISP modem, MTA, eMTA, whatever... unplug it and if present remove the battery. Give it a couple minutes then replace the battery in your ISP's device and plug it back in, wait a minute or two, then your router, wait another minute or two, then your computer.
How long has this been going on? Has it ever worked? Do both wired and wireless behave the same?
Can you provide the hardware IDs for the particular network adapter(s) you are having trouble with.
Can you provide the driver information name, version number and date that you are currently using on the problem adapter?
Open a command prompt and type
ping localhost
and hit enter
and then
ping 127.0.0.1
and hit enter
Successful? No errors?
Type ipconfig /all >desktop\ipconfig.txt
hit enter
attach the ipconfig.txt file from your desktop to your next post.
Regards
Randy

ping is OK, both localhost and 127.0.0.1
