If you get board you will need to get the latest LAN drivers from ASUS I found the ones that W-7 puts in a little flaky. every-time I booted into W-7 I had to unplag my Cat cable as W-7 was telling me I needed to plug in a LAN, the Latest for 64 bits W-7 are certified by Microsoft. Diver is dated 05/20/09 Driver Version 11.10.5.3
