Windows 7 Blue start screen on Windows 7 with the bird - Can I change it?

I'm a newbie here.

When I turn the computer on and Windows 7 starts (64) after the screen with the Windows logo there is a blue screen with a pattern and a white bird (kind of like a dove.) then it asks for a password.

Is there any way I can change that screen to another picture of color?

And, can I get onto the computer without putting in a password everytime?

If anyone has the answers thanks in advance.

You can change the bootup and logoff wallpaper... Check this freeware app out...

(There is more manual ways to do this but, this free application will keep it easy).
