I've had my alienware for about a month now. I had a tech from a local computer store install a Crucial 120 Gb SSD and 8gb more of 1600 mhz ddr3 memory. He also did a fresh restall. Ever since that point I haven't been able to run my computer on battery power as 10-15 minutes after i start running it on battery power it bluescreens on me Typcially with the 9f error bluescreen.

If you guys help me find what the issue is i'll be very greatful

My minidump files from the last month or so are attached so Please go to town and tell me whats wrong!

Thanks in advance and just tell me if you need more information.View attachment Minidump.zip

Please read Elmer's post here Link Removed - Invalid URL regarding the use of DriverSweeper and see if that might help.
The last remaining dump file indicates an issue with
RtsPStor.sys 10/29/2010
Update that by going here Realtek and grabbing the PCIE card reader driver version 6.1.7600.90 (not the USB driver)

My principal concern is that perhaps when the tech did the clean install that he perhaps neglected to acquire all of the latest drivers for your hardware. I would suggest going to the manufacturer's website and plugging in your service tag number or whatever Dell uses now for Alienware computers and updating all your drivers to the latest available. Especially your chipset driver.
Additionally you apparently have a few drivers for Logitech human interface devices (HID) computer, keyboard, etc.,) that pre-date Windows 7 RTM. I would suggest updating all of those from here Support + Downloads
And update this GEARAspiWDM.sys 5/18/2009 from here Driver updates - GEAR Software

Additionally information from CPUz as well as RAMMon and the SF Diagnostic Utility would probably prove helpful so....
Please read the first post in this sticky thread here How to ask for help with a BSOD problem
Do your best to accumulate the data required.
Run the SF Diagnostic tool (download and right click the executable and choose run as administrator)
Download and run CPUz. Use the Windows snipping tool to gather images from all tabs including all slots populated with memory under the SPD tab.
Likewise RAMMon. Export the html report, put everything into a desktop folder that you've created for this purpose, zip it up and attach it to your next post (right click it and choose send to, compressed (zipped) folder.
Good luck
Randy

Thanks for the all the information I greatly appreciate it. At the moment I'm busy, but i'll begin to do update my drivers and run a driver scanner later on today.

As far as the updated drivers go from the website. I know that he went to dells website to grab all the drivers so I'm not sure why some of them are out of date.

When installing the new updated drivers I should uninstall the old drivers first correct? If so where are the old driver files so I can uninstall them?

Just a small update, I installed the Realtek driver and installed the updated driver to the logitech keyboard/mice etc. I was experiencing a new issue yesterday where I would restart my computer and instead of restarting like normal it would be stuck at a black screen with a solid cursor in the top left corner. I called Alienware about this as I've got a 2 or 3 year warranty and after talking to one of they're techs He told me that My Gtx 580m needs to be replaced as its bad and he said this is a problem they've had previously with the m17x.

So I wont be able to tell if the bluescreen is completely fixed until after the alienware tech comes and replaces my grahpics card and i reinstall the graphics card driver.

Is there any tips I should need when installing the new drivers for the grahpics card? I'm getting the drivers off dells website as they told me so use those first and then if it works update to the most update off of Nvidias website.
