Windows 7 bluetooth device it's not working

i have a laptop dell inspiron 1110 with windows 7 64 bit system operation and i have a problem with my bluetooth device. it's say "unable to start the bluetooth stack service".
and what i must do to fix it?

If there are any updates available for the bluetooth device then download and install them.
