Windows 10 Boot Manager Becomes Disabled

Nothing is for sure but the computer is running ok up to now. The problem with my monitor is still acting up on a cold boot up. I don't think there is much I can do with that. Switching ports seems to have made a difference with booting up and restarting as far as my boot manager is not disabling itself for now anyway.

I want to thank you guys for all the help. Everything is up and running good now. Even boots up on a cold boot.
