Hi,
in order to help you best we need to see the dump files created at the time of bsod. If you read this thread here:
How to ask for help with a BSOD Problem You will see it has an application which will collect the data we need.
If the app comes back with no dump files found (they will be located in the main windows folder in a folder marked 'Minidump') then you will probably need to change your settings so that dump files will be produced when a blue screen occurs. Mkae sure your settings are like this:
Open the run application.
Type sysdm.cpl in the run box and click ok.
Look across the top of the system properties box for 'Advanced' and click that.
Look for 'Startup and Recovery' near the bottom and click 'settings'.
Near the bottom you'll see a drop down menu under the heading 'write debugging information'.
In the drop down menu choose ' small memory dump (256KB)'
Under 'small dump directory' make sure it says %SystemRoot%\Minidump.
Click ok and your good to go.
You will need to bsod again before a dump file is created but once it does post it up and we'll read it for you.
Oh and I moved your thread to the correct section.
