Windows 10 Can't connect to Bluetooth Wireless speakers

I have Windows 10 on my desktop and laptop computers, but neither one will connect to my Creative T-30 Bluetooth Wireless speakers. When I add a Bluetooth device (in the Bluetooth settings window) the speakers are detected, but connecting fails. I have run the troubleshooter, restarted services, updated the Bluetooth driver, deactivated Anti-virus software and disabled all startup programs. But the problem persists. However, my Amazon ECHO does connect to the speakers so I know they are working. So this must be a Windows 10 problem. Also, the speakers were working to the desktop at one time but suddenly stopped working about 2 months ago. I have not loaded any new programs either. Any suggestions on what this could be? And contacting Creative is a bitch and I've given up in that area! Tech support want $175 for one incident!

I would start by looking in the event viewer for warning or errors regarding the speaker.
