The two dmps point to wininit.exe (Windows Initialization), which is Windows Start-Up Application.
You also have two drivers that could cause BSODs:

For wininit.exe: When your computer boots, repeatedly press F8 until a screen shows up asking you what startup method you wish to use. Select "Safe Mode" and then press ENTER. If wininit.exe is the actual problem, you should be able to boot up in to Safe Mode without a problem (most likely you will be able to do so).
Restart your computer and boot it up normally (I'm assuming you can do this - if you can't just continue in Safe Mode).
Then Go to the Windows Icon in your Taskbar, and in the "Search" box, type "Run".
In the "Run" box, type "msconfig" (no quotations).
In System Configuration, select the Startup tab, and then click "Disable All". Then click "Apply", and restart.
Hopefully it won't have any issues after that - if you can restart the computer normally without issues after disabling all the items, then we know it's an issue with one of the startup drivers.
ALTERNITAVELY on System Configuration, in the "General Tab", select "Diagnostic startup" and reboot the computer.
