Windows 7 desktop is changing randomly :(

Hello, i recently reinstalled windows 7 on my girlfriends laptop, everything worked fine at the start but after 1-2 weeks it started changing her background into a black sceen. i have tried to turn of the odd random rotation where you can change between diffrent backgrounds but nothing seems to help. does anyone in here have any good advice?

Is it normal except for the black background?
