To get these features as soon as possible, navigate to Settings > Windows Update and turn on the toggle for Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available. Please note that this toggle will not be enabled for managed devices (those managed by Windows Update for Business or WSUS).

Live Captions in Various Languages:
