I don't know what it is. Need Help.. Thanks in advance.

Netbook Specs:
Acer o751h
CPU Z520 @1.33 Ghz
1GB RAM
160 HDD
Windows Xp Home Edition Service Pack 3

The Error code means the following:

The SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bug check has a value of 0x0000007E.
This bug check indicates that a system thread generated
an exception that the error handler did not catch.
Probably doesn't do much good, but the ACPI.sys is related to the power handling system. You do have it plugged in and the battery is good?

If you can open a command prompt and look for a dump (.dmp) it might help analyze the situation. The folks in the BSOD forum have stickies explaining some issues and have quite a bit of experience with such problems.

Your system specs are a little light for Win 7. It may work, but you will find the bells and whistles will not. I'm wondering if the problem is related to this problem.
