Windows 7 Help fixing intermittent BSOD

Hello

I'm new to the forum and I'm here to get your expert help resolving a random BSOD issue that seems to occur right in the middle of when I'm doing something important.

I would really appreciate you help in getting this resolved because I don't want to go through the trouble of reinstalling my OS and all my apps, which doesn't guarantee the problem would be resolved.

Cisco VPN is disabled. Please remove it from the system. If not allowed to remove it, please enable it and update it before disabling it again. FYI - one of the BSOD's in the WER section of MSINFO32 blames a VPN driver (from Nortel).

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
