I'm a pretty open minded guy, so with my many wallpapers and interests, I like to make a lot of themes. I often like to download other little optional features to go with these customizations as well such as calendars. cursors, and start orbs. And this is where my question actually comes into play. I've had it set up before so that my cursor(s) change with the theme but I've recently reorganized all my files again and Windows lost all the saved cursor schemes because of this.. And now I can't get it to save them again. I've had this problem and fixed it before but I don't remember how, so can I please get some advice with this?

Update: I have the cursor schemes saved, but my Themes aren't loading them. Just to clarify... =/

    • In the "Mouse Properties" window, go to the "Pointers" tab.
    • Choose the cursor scheme you want to use and click "Apply" and then "OK".

    • Select the theme you want to apply and make sure the desired cursor scheme is saved within the theme settings.

    ]Save Theme with Cursor Scheme:
    • After reapplying the cursor scheme, save the theme to include the cursor settings.
    • Right-click on an empty space on your desktop and select "Personalize".
    • Customize your theme with the cursor scheme you want and click on "Save theme".
    • Name your theme and save it.
    []Restart Windows Explorer:
    • If the changes are not taking effect, try restarting the Windows Explorer process.
      • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
      • Locate "Windows Explorer" under the "Processes" tab.
      • Right-click on it and select "Restart".

    ]Log Off and Log On:
    • Sometimes, logging off and logging back in can help with applying theme changes effectively.
  2. Check Cursor Scheme Files:
    • Ensure that the cursor scheme files are still available in the correct location on your system. By following these steps, you should be able to reapply and save your cursor schemes within your Windows Themes successfully. If the issue persists, feel free to provide more details for further assistance!
