Windows 7 How to connect my Desktop PC and my Laptop on Homegroup Internet?

So bassicaly i have created a homegroup on my Desktop PC, and one of my laptops is already in the group but the other wont find the homegroup .. from laptop2 when i go to
control panel > network and net > network and sharing center ... there is no button join ... in place of join there is create a homegroup .. why my second laptop cant join the homegroup?

if you explain step by step i would be thankful .. tnx in advanced..

Go into Computer Management, click on Services and Applications. From there click on Services.

Locate HomeGroup Listner
HomeGroup Provider
Peer Name Resolution
Peer Networking Grouping and PeerNetworking Identity

Make sure they are all enabled.
You should be able to continue if all are turned on.
