I have been using an app/program (Rhapsody) that started crashing every time I started it. I decided to uninstall it and then reinstall it. I opened the control panel list of programs, clicked on Rhapsody, and chose "uninstall." Nothing seemed to happen but now Rhapsody is gone from that programs list and the icon no longer shows up in the task bar on on the Metro desktop. However, when I go to Rhapsody in the Windows store it says "already installed on this PC" and I am unable to download it. Can anyone give me advice on how to completely remove it and download it again?
