New here and don't see anyplace to ask this but Yahoo has placed itself on my home page and no amount of reasonable twiddling will get rid of it. I know how to go to tools and options and reset the home page but this doesn't work at all? Why are these large companies so controlling!!! Also all my web site passwords are automatically remembered so I have to type them in each visit???
Solution
Not that it actually matters, but knowing in advance which particular browser we are talking about would help.
In any case, every browser has a device to reset / refresh it to its' own default settings.
