Windows 10 Lack of video

Since downloading 10, I can no longer see any video downloads, even from youtube. Any suggestions?

Since I can see the videos I have checked on both IE and Edge, I would ask if you had ever loaded any special video viewers or codecs.

Are you referring to a streaming video or one you actually download first?

What are you trying to watch it on?

Could it be a network situation, or a system problem?

If you're viewing in Edge, or even another browser, and it doesn't work, I am sensing this could be a video display graphics device driver issue. YouTube videos are rendered in HTML5 now and don't rely on Flash. What kind of graphics card and/or system specifications do you have? There may be updated drivers that resolve this issue.

Graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 7310. When trying to stream video or download from youtube, screen is blank with no sound. If I hover over the play bar I can see individual frames, albeit tiny.

Yes. Go to Search -> dxdiag

Click check for WHQL digital signatures

Save all information.
Upload text file.

Or use Chrome and if you still don't have the problem we know its Edge. :p

Thanks to everyone who replied with suggestions. It turns out that Windows 10 doesn't like my video card.
