Dell Inspiron 1545. I ran MemTest and it passed without errors. I ran chkdsk c: /.f and it fixed any errors that were there... still getting blue screens.

I tried running driver verifier and the computer blue screens immediately and doesn't boot.

All files attached. Work your magic.. thanks in advance.

Your BIOS dates from 2009. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Only 536 MB of available RAM. I'd suggest getting more RAM for your system. While waiting to purchase it, please only run one program at a time - and use a free program like this to trim your startups: Autoruns for Windows

C: drive has less than 4% free space - this can cause BSOD's. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on all hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

These devices have problems:
Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter #3 {5D624F94-8850-40C3-A3FA-A4FD2080BAF3}\VWIFIMP\5&13825EF5&0&03 This device is disabled.

VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1 ROOT\VMWARE\0000 This device is disabled.

VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet8 ROOT\VMWARE\0001 This device is disabled.

A6MB2XEF IDE Controller PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6120&SUBSYS_00C2FF1D&REV_01\4&5D18F2DF&0 39
The first 3 are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why? Please re-enable them, update their drivers/software, then re-disable them if so desired.
The last one is a code 39 (Windows can't load the driver). Please visit the Dell website and reinstall the controller/storage drivers for your system.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
