Ok, so long story short, I had a problem with my PC. The Windows Mail app wasn't opening at all. I contacted MS support to attempt to find a solution.
Eventually, a support specialist was given access to my computer, by me, because he couldn't solve the issue over a chat box. After giving him access, he was forced to create another user account to find out if it was my User causing the problem, or my OS. It was indeed, my OS. I can't exactly remmeber what he did, but I think he did the following;
He created a new user, and signed into it. He then deleted my old user, then managed to keep all of my main files. He did this by using the "Refresh" option. Some files which I didn't need were removed. Some games config files, deleted which didn't make much difference.
So now I have multiple users and I have no idea what is going on. I know which User is my main User, but when I try to delete the other users, it tells me it's in use by another program. Again, I have no idea how.
I just want to remove these extra User from my computer. Bearing in mind that When I logon, there is only one user to select from, and not multiple. I have no idea how it ended up like this.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I attached some screenshots for a better Idea of the situation.
