I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.

Oh, ok.
I just had to email Arctic Cooling back. They had it mixed up on the pieces I need. They thought it was the backplate and the cpu blocks retention ring. I had to open OneDrive up and open the manual and snip/circle what I need. The backplate, it's 4 mounts that hold it to the motherboard and the 4 thumbscrews that hold its cpu block to the motherboard. Bad with circling. I need my new glasses bad.

I just learned something new about the LG 25UM58-P monitor. I can change all the monitors settings inside of Windows, instead of messing with it's buttons on the bottom of the monitor. LG has a program called OnScreen Control that gets installed in Windows and controls all the monitors settings. I can also run 3 programs, each taking up 1/3 of the full screen side by side.

Ah yes, split screen capability. Nice although I like my two monitors when I game sometimes I watch a DVD, or view a news feed, or twitch on one while gaming on the other. Usually though, I monitor voltages and temperatures on the other screen with HWMonitor while gaming.

I definitely like being able to use the OnScreen Control software inside Windows. When I hook my i1 Display LT up to calibrate my monitor, I can just open that software to make various needed adjustments instead of messing with the button on the bottom of monitor. The monitor has one big circle with 5 different areas for each mode and adjustment.

I forgot to mention this earlier. NVIDIA released new 368.39 drivers yesterday for the GTX 6**, 7** & 9** cards. I also heard they're supposed to release new drivers for the GTX 1080 & 1070 later today.
Apparently the new GTX 1080 & 1070 has a bug that the new driver fixes.
As far as the 368.39 driver. I've run all of #DMarks benchmarks on it. I've run WWE 2K16's in-game benchmark on it. I've watched some videos on YouTube with it.
It doesn't appear to be buggy, like the last driver, so far.
