I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.
New AMD Crimson ReLive 17.11.4 drivers released today.

yes all the shadowrun games are on special this week at gog so I have been enjoying a walk down memory lane

I'm getting all my unowned yet gamr dlc this month.
Other than that free game listed above and it's dlc, I can't afford anymore games this month.
I also, had to order something new for my leg's this month.
Now, according to my podiatrist if I don't start wearing compression sock's my left leg is gone.
It's still swollen after almost 11 month's.
I ordered a orthopedic dog bed for Sebastian for Christmas, too.
The racing wheels waiting until next month.

I guess I get to find out Wednesday how Sebastian likes his new bed.
It was supposed to arrive Friday, but now it's Wednesday.
That's better for me, as Friday I have a doctor's appointment and the package is going to be pretty big.
Almost 4' x 3' x 6".

For privacy, but it messed up some stuff, so I just uninstalled it.

Sebastian's orthopedic dog bed just arrived. He love's it and has been on it, since I unpacked it.

It's funny. Now he doesn't attempt to lay on the couch or want to lay on my bed.
Apparently it's helping his leg already, too.
He definitely ran more outside this morning.
My landlord just gave him a toy that looks like a plastic blue bone that squeaks and lights up.
Apparently my landlords dog didn't like it, so it's Sebastian's now.
He's definitely spoiled, especially in the food department.
He get's some of anything any of us eat.

AMD Radeon Adrenaline 17.12.1 3D Mark Scores

Fire Strike Extreme: 6289
Fire Strike: 12095

For me:

Timespy 4649
Firestrike Extreme 6280
Firestrike 12728

Not sure whats going on with the extreme one. Video card at stock clocks with a slight undervolt. -50mV

Time Spy's been the weird one for me in atleast the last 3 or 4 driver's.
I added another game to my list today, too.
GOG made Grim Fandngo Remastered free today.
Yesterday I got Assasins Creed IV Black Flag free from Ubisoft.

I'm waiting to see if Steam gives us the free Doom VR game down the road, like they did with Rise of the Tomb Raider VR.
I installed the Windows Mixed Reality for Steam VR when Steam made it available.
The Mixed Reality Headset & Controller are last on the list.
AM4 mobo, Ryzen/Ryzen 2 cpu, ram, bigger external hdd (new to list), newer video card and 4K monitor all come first.
