I'm currently in the process of getting parts for a new computer build.
So far I have a Asus Maximus VIII Hero mobo and a Samsung 850 EVO 500GB. M/2 ssd for it. I'm also going to be re-using the Seagate Barracuda 3.0TB h.d , Intel 530 Series 400GB ssd (for Games), Lite On DVD-RW, Lite ON Blu-ray burner and memory card reader from my current pc.
I'm also going to be getting a NZXT Phantom 820 case. G-Skill Ripjaws-Z DDR 4 3200 ram (32GBS) and a Corsair HX-1000i psu for the new pc.
I need suggestions between the following part's for the new pc.
The heatsink is either going to be a EK-XLC Predator 240 or a Corsair Hydro Series H-100i GTX.
With either one, I'll be using 4 EK-Furious Vardar FF5-120 (3000rpm) fans in push/pull.
I also need help deciding between 2 GeForce GTX 4.0GB or 2 AMD Radeon 390X 4.0GB video cards.
I'm ordering a Intel Core i5 6600K cpu on Thursday and eventually plan on upgrading it to a Core i7 6700K in early 2017.
Keep in mind, I'm on permanent disability (Social Security) for life and can't afford to spend over $300.00 on a part/s in a month.
The pc won't be built until May as I won't have all parts until then minus the new video cards.
I'll be using my current GeForce GTX 760's until then, but they need to go back inn this pc, so I can sell it.
All suggestions appreciated between the AIO's and video card's.
P.S. PC will be running Windows 10 Pro x64.

Solution
I'm actually hoping for Tuesday or Wednesday. I have medical stuff Monday & Thursday.
Though, when I ordered my current pc's case, I received it the next day on a Saturday morning.
I very well may be building it tomorrow. I'll know sometime tonight when my tracking number is updated by FedEx.
I already have the number, they're just not as good as UPS or the USPS, in the tracking department. It probably won't give me any results until 11:00 P.M.
I was figuring that I'd have it today, as it's been in Orlando since 1:00 A.M. Sunday. It didn't come today, so I quess it will be here tomorrow. Busy day as I get to do that and my fan tomorrow, put these 2 760's back in my old pc and then update this one, after I install the Crimson driver and Sapphire TRiXX.
Then I get to reset all my games to higher settings.

When the crimsons are on, make sure power efficiency in Gaming>global is turned off. Isn't needed for anyone with a AIB card.

OK, Thanks. When you go to overclock your card, download & use Sapphire Trixx. It has a lot more in it than MSI Afterburner does. It works on the XFX RX 480's. A video I watched on TriXX the guy had a XFX RX 480 and it worked. I don't have the video's link, as I just download them. The video is called Overclocking RX 400 Series with Sapphire TriXX 6.1 (RX 460, RX 470, RX 480).

Now don't laugh but I'm doing it all through Wattman in the Radeon settings. I'll give Trixx ago. I'm controlling the gpu fans via speedfan. Give me way more control than the overclocking apps.

From what I've heard AMD Wattman doesn't give you access to memory overclocking. TriXX does. It also can test your cards fans to make sure they're ok. From what I've seen it has a lot in it. It has stuff like what GPU-z does, built in too.

Received my video card & so far it doesn't work. Only thing that appears to work on it is it's rgb lighting. I tried it with my new monitor and I'm not getting anything to it with it's hdmi cable. I tried my old ViewSonic monitor and I'm not getting anything with it's dvi cable.
This is also weird, now my watercooler fans aren't spinning either.
I'm on my old pc now and it's funny how my LG monitor's hdmi cable works fine with my old GTX 760's on it.
My assumption is I received a defective Sapphire NITRO+ RX 480 OC 8GB video card from Newegg. I'll have to rma it back to Newegg, which I won't habe the money for until next month.

I have absolutely no need to overclock at this point apart from seeing how the system runs. I'll wait to get better CPU cooling before going down that road as my current solution is fine for stock use but not ideal for higher clock speeds.

Damn! Sorry to hear about this Keith.

Yeah, to say I'm pissed off would be a understatement right now. The only thing that works on the card is it's rgb lighting. It's a shame it's a nice looking video card.
I already have my rma number from Newegg.
Atleast, I have everything on my old pc updated now.
As, it's what I'll be using until my new video card comes.
I even ruled out my psu cabling on the video card, as my psu has numerous video card cables. At first, I just unplugged and removed the cable that my 2nd GTX 760 used.
Then, I removed the top video card cable, as I was using a cable that had both 6+2 and 8 on one cable.
I then put in a 6+2 cable and hooked it in where it goes on the psu. RGB lighting still worked, but neither monitor got anything trying each separately.
HDMI ports on the video card feel loose. Both feel very loose.
I'm gonna try some more on the new pc later today, as I don't get why my four Arctic fans for my Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 weren't spinning. It's cables are hooked to the cpu & cpu optional header.
I'll mess with it later this afternoon, as I have to go to the hospital's lab this morning to turn in a 24 hour urine test for my kidneys and get a second container for my 2nd 24 hour urine test. That container got ruined thanks to the loss of electricity from the hurricane.

Atleast my old pc now has Anniversary Update and Bitdefender Internet Security 2017 on it now.
Anniversary Update took forever. Close to a hour.

I did the different PCIe cables already. Card is seated, that was the first thing I checked. First time Tuesday when I got it, it missed the slot. The rgb lights wouldn't even work. I reseated it and the rgb lights worked.
I just messed with it some more. I need to unhook this pc and then try and see if it works now.

I got it working. I should've read the back of the card. I was plugging the monitor's hdmi cable into the display port. Apparently Sapphire changed the cards rear layout for the display port and hdmi connectors.
Hospital's lab will be tomorrow. I'm playing with my new video card today.
