Windows 7 Plz help to identify what led to this BSOD?

Admin, can you tell me its driver issue again for this BSOD, don't know how to read the dmp file, thx!!!

You'll want to follow what my signature says to do.

Your memory is defective or set unwell in the bios.

If what you post shows well, you'll have to replace the memory entirely with a new matching set.

Let's see what the screen shots show.
 
You mean changeout the dual inline memory module (DIMM) or the RAM Stick??? plz help

I currenty have 516MB Memory & 2GB of RAM...

Replying now to your edit:

Remove the 512 MB entirely from the machine. It is no good to mix and match like that. Then post the screen shots.
 
I finally replaced the memory, did a window memory diagnostic with no hardware problems. So far no crash so crossing my finger, here the the screehshots: looks OK?????
