Windows 7 Send Feedback Not Working

When I try to use the Send Feedback feature in Win7, I get an error saying that my account does not have permissions to submit bugs.

I downloaded the beta from the MSDN site, so I never really signed up for anything. Is there somewhere I can sign up to sumbit feedback? I tried the MS Connect site, but did find a spot for Win7.

Any help is appreciated.
