If having problem with No Internet/Limited Connection on either Hibernate or Sleep.
Then Only way you can solve this problem after that, it will work on either Hibernate or Sleep is to uninstall and reinstall the driver. Go to Device Manager and click "Network Adapter" and click Properties on Adapter. Go to Driver Tab and uninstall this driver after asking you to delete this driver (make sure you have saved driver from Internet) then Updated it again. It restore to Normal from No Internet/Limited Connection.
I suspect it happen with crash. But now it works fine after restarting couples of times, possible after updating Window 7 Beta.
