Windows 7 Taskbar auto-hide option keeps unchecking

Hi,

I have a laptop Asus UL80VT, I have checked the option auto-hide in the taskbar properties.

Sometime the taskbar is staying on all the time, so I look into the same properties window and I can find the case unchecked.
I noticed that this happens expecially after wake-up from a long time. Short time - no problem.

Before I was thinking that the change was happening at start-up, so I have turned off all not-windows services at boot but it was not the case.

Windows Update and Microsoft Security Essentials are up and running.

Where may I look to find solution?

Found.
Uninstalling MagicISO solved the problem.
It has installed a contextual ménu on the right-click of the Start button which caused the problem.
