Windows 7 Virtual XP Mode - Read-only, wont work!!

Hi.
Well Im trying to run the windows xp virtual mode on windows 7 but i cant. When i try to set it to run virtual mode, I get this error message

Then when I try to disable read-only, this happens:

Have you tried re-installing XP mode?
