So, for a week or so i'm having problem whit a bsod that keeps appearing from no where. I tryed reinstalling windows, its the same. I just don't understand why its happening.
I'm putting here the minidumps and the larg memory dump.
If someone can look at them and tell where the problem is that would be great, i'm just going insane, its happening like 2,3 times a day, no matter if i'm in a game or just browsing. I don't think its a hardware problem, i just got my computer back from service 2 months ago.

100% definite memory issue. Since we already checked the bios settings, at least one RAM module is defective. Test them individually with all others removed, one at a time, in the slot closest to the cpu to find the culprit.

Use Memtest86+.

But definitely uninstall VirtualCloneDrive and use your PowerISO instead.

Aero does not cause issues at all. None, so you can discount that.

I would update the bios and follow exactly as shown for best results.

Aslong as your careful with flashing the bios it will be fine. Your running out of things you can try and flashing the bios is one of those things that can solve problems with memory, which your suffering from.

Everything in bios is actually set as defaut, although i don't know exactly what memory timing is.
I did set the games to disable the aero when i start them, will await to see if the bsod happens again, since it happens only when i'm in games now, when i exit the games actually, not when i'm playing them. If it happens, i will make the memtest, but updating the bios...that is a problem to me since i never done that and i know the damage a wrong update can do to your computer...meaning bye bye computer and i think i will probably loose the waranty too.

You won't loose your warranty updating your bios. Aslong as your careful and follow their instructions it will go well. The first thing I do when getting hold of a new machine is flash ot the latest bios. Can you use cpu-z and take pics of each of it's tabs and I can help you with setting the bios up.

Go into the bios settings and set it to optimized defaults. Your memory is underclocked and this will will fix things. You'll see the setting for it on the first page. Save.

Boot to Windows and post a new memory tab of CPU-Z.

You will have to be more precise, becose i don't see bios settings anywhere.

I have like the tabs:
Main, where is the clock and only IDE config that i can change
Advance whit things i can change:
-CPU config
-SuperIO config
-Hardware health
-PoPner something config
PCIPnP
-PCIsomething
-expres config
-activate stat power management (it says disabled)
Performance:
-cpu frequence set 200
-cpu voltage,fsb voltage, memory voltage all default

On the first screen as soon as you enter the bios settings, there will be an option to Load Optimized Defaults. Set that and save.

Found it, it was on the exit tab, not the main, didn't look on the exit tab. Ok, so did that, kind of got scared becose the computer shutdown after i exited and saved from bios.
Ok, so it seems i have a floppy disk, although i don't have one, so i guess the load optimal defaul worked.

Are you overclocking your video card as the last cpu-z pic is saying the gpu core is over 1000mhz. IIRC the 4650s core should only be 600Mhz.

CPU-Z is probably reading incorrectly for the 4650 here. Notice that the memory clock isn't even showing, too.
