I am to my having problems when syncing Playlists in Window Media Player to my Samsung phone.
The Playlist name shows u on my phone, the tracks transfer onto the phone but the playlists show as being empty.
Thanks for any help in advance

Click on the Start button.
Type Control Panel in the search box and open Control Panel.
Search for the Troubleshooting in the Control Panel’s search bar.
Open Troubleshooting.
Now, select View all.
Then, click on Windows Media Player Settings troubleshooter
