I read in an earlier post that the bug/feature which killed your gadgets when UAC was off seemed to be fixed after a certain beta build number. Can anyone verify that this is fixed in the RC?

It wouldn't bother me at all, except I have one game which will not run with UAC, so, it becomes a chore when I do. Would be nice to know it's cured before I put in the RC.

Gadgets work fine for me on RC.

I hope you're planning to do a "clean" install however.

That's the best way to go.

It was the Beta, build 7000 I believe. Long since fixed.
