In the last two weeks 3 people that I help out computer wise have gotten the Fake Antivirus Trojan, all of them using only MSE.

I was just over on the Avast Forum Apparently there is a bug in version 5.1.864. You need to uninstall and run the uninstall utility before installing. They still appear to be having problems following that. I'd wait until at least the next version. Update 5.1.864 creating problems
