Since this past Tuesday, has anyone else noticed that Internet Explorer 11 hasn't worked properly since this past Tuesday?
Edge works fine, but if you try to go to any websites in IE including Bing, it just doesn't work.
I've run the troubleshooters for everything to do with networking.
I've run...

I have been having an intermittent problem with my Win7 machine. I have several programs that automatically launch at startup, but sometimes it gets stuck partway through this process and leaves only some of the programs launch, with some of them apparently having hung, and never launches the...
I need to reinstall Windows 8.1 to fix a bug where PC Settings fails to open. sfc /scannow, etc. haven't fixed it. Neither has running CheckDisk. When I downloaded the Windows 10 TP and put it on my flash drive, it removed my Windows 8.1 Pro x64 on it. I need a link to redownload the Windows 8.1...
I could use some help with this one. I purchased a Asus 1015E-DS01 notebook about 1 1/2 weeks ago. It came with Windows 8 x64 and as soon as I got it, I updated it to Windows 8.1 x64 and updated it. I then got rid of the crapware on it, updated drivers and installed my software. The notebook...

Greetings all.
I attempted to backup my systems the other day when I recieved an error code. After searching this forum, It was determined that the code made reference to the fact that a necessary service was not running, in this case the Task Scheduler.
I have used the Services program (as an...
Random BSOD and program crashes have been a way of life for me for approximately three months now. My original set-up had been flawless since conception nearly two years prior. I have my opinions of what needs to be done but would really like a second opinion before i sink more money into this...

I wanted to run CheckDisk on my HDD as a matter of maintenance. So I went into the drive's properties, selected Disk Checking and checked the box to repair any errors found. Windows gave me the usual message about not being able to do so while it is running and to do it on reboot. I clicked Yes...
so I'm trying to install windows 7 again. I got a virus for some reason, I couldn't start up my PC anymore. So I formatted everything in the windows 7 installation(you know before the installation begins). There is nothing left of my old files. So after windows expanded the files it's starting...
When I first upgraded from Vista to 7, I was getting a lot of BSOD. It's been a long road figuring out what all was wrong, turn out I had a ASUS motherboard driver that didn't like windows 7 and had to get rid of norton. The computer was running pretty stable until I started getting the BSOD...
If the recently released Windows 7 SP1 fails to fall into place, don’t hit Windows Update again. Instead, run a CheckDisk, a System File Checker, and then an Update Readiness Tool, as explained by Tech Recipes .

Hi people,
I've built a computer for a mate of mine and it seems to be producing awkward problems over the long run. Even after assembling it myself (I've assembled many computers), it seemed to be working fine after a few restarts. I then took it to his home and it decides to blue screen...

Hello.
I've installed W7 RC edition. But lately it have been running checkdisk at startup after a forced reboot (due to lockup or BSOD). And 2 times now it has deleted personal files like .mp3, .jpg, .mkv and stuff like that.
Never had the problem with the beta 7100 version, so I installed...
