I've never ran an OS that ws 64bit so maybe this is normal.
I just noticed that I have both IE8 64bit and 32bit. I only noticed because i was running the task manager and I noticed the little *32 after ieexplorer.exe.
I also noticed I have Internet Explorer and Internet Explorere (64-bit)...
Okay, I'll be honest, I'm a real newbie at this kind of stuff, and I accidentally downloaded an installed a 64-bit Windows 7 beta rather than a 32-bit one (opposite of what I should have done), so naturally this problem may be because of that...

Hello. I'm using the 64 bit and cannot "Rate This Computer". So far everything else works well, except IE8 is slow to open new tabs. I'm running Core 2 Quad Q9550@2.83GHz, 8GB RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 280. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Nice OS, by the way!:)
Trouble with the typing...
Trying to setup an exchange server for outlook but I cant add my security certificate. when you click on the certificate you dont get an option to add it. Its in IE7 since I have it setup on my Vista64 OS partition.
Any way to manually add it? or am I missing something? I am not a IE user...

I have just installed Windows 7 beta (7000) on my laptop (It's a bit of an oldie, dell inspiron 1300, 1.6 celeron m, 1 gig ram, Intel 915GL shared Graphics) and I have a little problem,
every time I watch a youtube video then load it up fullscreen the hard drive activity light goes...
today i woke up and started my pc. i opened a window and noticed i couldn't move it using my mouse.. i couldn't even resize it either. so i opened other windows aswell, including wmp and ie8.
so basically, all the windows wether it be a folder or an app are not behaving the way they shouldn...
Just installed windows 7 yesterday....have had no driver or system problems, except with launching IE8.
As soon as I click the IE icon, I get the following:

I've just installed it and there are few changes from the other version. No button to run in IE7 mode and more options to choose from, seems ok so far..
