I have always wondered what the majority of people use, wired or wireless mice? I use wireless but am going to switch to a wired mouse just because my mouse has died on my before during a critical time. What do you guys and gals use?
Hi, i want to input a device in line-in, and i used 'listen to this device' but that causes a 0,5sec lag.
I've read that if you up the volume under Speaker Properties=> levels tab you don't have to use the 'listen' option
and the lag goes away.
However, when i check my options there is...

Hey all!
I've been having issues with my PC detecting my USB Keyboard and Mouse for some time now. Sometimes it would detect them and go to install them but then tell me "The device is unplugged" (whih wasn't true, I checked all of the cables everytime. Usually I have to uninstall the USB tree...

I had to send my Dell Inspiron 1420 off to get the Nvidia Chip replace. They pulled the mother board and fixed it and reinstalled it. When I got it back I had to reload the HD with W7-64 due to wiping it thinking that was the problem instead of the chip. It had XP before if that matters. Now my...
How do I turn off the ripple effect when using Windows 7 home premium with a Wacom pen tablet? It's incredibly annoying. Never had this problem with Vista.
Thank you.
Hello !
About two weeks ago, my girlfriend's laptop (Dell Inspiron 1721) running 7 x64 had the mouse poorly responding. Right after the boot, swiping on the touchpad barely moved it on the screen...just inch by inch...
The system loads fine, if I press the Windows key for example it...

Hi guys,
Here is the story of my sad spiral into doom:
1) I use a SmartNav head tracker (hands-free mouse). One day it started giving choppy performance in first person shooters. It seemed to be due to a dodgy webcam driver I'd installed. No problem, right? I used Win7 restore points to...

Microsoft has finally made official its answer to Apple’s multitouch Magic Mouse: the Microsoft Touch Mouse for Windows 7. I was prepared to scoff, given how execrable multitouch support in Windows 7 is in the first place, but you know what? As an Apple user, I want one, because this was...
My computer thinks that I am holding the ctrl key. I did the updates and it still hasn't fixed. ALso did a complete restore and tried and brand new keyboard. Any ideas? Dell was no help at all and I have been searching and still can't seem to get it fixed

I was just thinking about this so what is better for a keyboard and mouse. Connecting it via USB or PS2. I cannot really think that the operation of these devices should really be different either way.

Hi all.
I have an Acer Aspire 5738Z, which came with Vista Pro 32. I have since upgraded to 7 Pro 32, using the upgrade disc.
The system worked fine for a little while. But then my (admittedly cheap) USB mini mouse ceased to work (turned out its wire may have had a problem) — none of the...
