Can some one advice me on a good media centre/burner for windows 10, I have tried windows player but the CD's keep stopping mid song and then restarting, Many thanks in advance

Hello, When I double click the recycle bin, it is opened by Windows Media Centre. There I cannot get a proper list and delete folders or empty it. Why can I not open it with Windows explorer, like anything else and then just delete things? Please advise. Thanks, Rob
