I don't mean disabling the update popups. I want to stop the updates permanently.

Guys, I have big issues with Windows Explorer Popups. They come every few seconds. Just regular Windows Explorer and it opens my Library Folder. I ran Virus Scan and everything came out clean. Have any of you experienced the same problem? Any help is highly appreciated.
