MVP/MCCA Recognition "badge" and posts here counting toward those awards
Two things really. 1. Is there some way to recognize members who have MVP or MCCA designations with some type of badge or indicator next to their post identification information? I found a sneaky way to edit the comment below member status (as you can see though I missed how that was...- Kosh Vorlon

Text Centering Issue in Internet Explorer, Normal in Firefox and Chrome
Hmmm, all posts are appearing with the text centered - but only with IE. FF and Chrome are displayed with the text left-justified, as expected. This is only happening with IE, and only on this site. Running IE without add-ons does not correct issue. Problem seen on two computers.- Digerati

Windows 8 Desktop Users in a POST-PC World: Microsoft's Shift Away from Traditional PCs
POST = Power On Self Test, right? Apparently not any longer. The word is now being used to describe the future of computing, as in POST PC World. This may be one of the many cases where already answered questions are presented again... Anyway, I seem to have lost the announcements of new posts made to topics I have partaken in. Strange emails from your system :(
I've had 2 spurious emails sent from here but with Nobody <nobody@host.windows7forums.com> the sender. Both are stating that a post I put up 3 years ago has been deleted. Wasn't overly concerned but just curious as the msg was apparently generated as a private msg to me hence wondered if it...- TKR99

Windows 7 Lots of crashes after I sent back one bad motherboard. I want to make sure the motherboard is still
I had my first motherboard for about a year before it started crashing, BSOD, locking up, USB ports going out until reboot, and finally not booting past POST. I RMAd the board back to ASUS and also picked up another 2 x 2gb of ram (I got a gift card to newegg). Everything was fine for about 3...- Nazralte

Site Introduced Ads in Members Posts - NOT COOL!
I am very unhappy with the site's policies to introduce ads into members posts without their knowledge or permission. I think it is very deceptive, disappointing and uncalled for.
