I'm running windows 7 Home premium 64-bit on a Toshiba p205-6287 laptop with 4g of RAM. When I right click computer and view the properties it says I'm only using 2.99g of the 4g. Do I need to re-seat the memory for it to be totally recognized, or is there some other issue?
