Windows 7 having problems with installing windows 32 on 64 bit machine

Windows 7 Turning on WirelessLAN activates Bluetooth too ?
When I turn on the (physical button) "wireless Lan" at my notebook then automatically the bluetooth device seems to be activated as well.
