Windows 7 BSOD Crash Dump - Ongoing Issue

Hello,

I am having multiple mini crash dumps paired with a blue screen and regular freezes/crashes on my computer. When I had this issue before, I posted a thread and got a reply suggesting I re-install sound and video drivers. I did that along with re-installing Skype, the program thought to be causing the issue. However, now it is freezing when I am on video chat, sometimes watching videos, and sometimes randomly.

Only one event resulted in a minidump file being put onto my computer. I have attached the file. It would be much appreciated if someone were able to interpret the file to see what may be the issue.

Thanks!

Although this step isn't required, it is strongly suggested. It's the first step(s) that we run on every computer we take in at work - and it saves us lot's of work when we do find a hardware problem.
Please run these free, bootable diagnostics: Initial Hardware Diagnostics
Post back with the results of the tests in order to let us know if they were done successfully or not.
Thanks!

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://windows7forums.com/blue-screen-death-bsod/38837-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html

The lone memory dump suggests a hardware problem. If the initial diagnostics don't find a problem, then try the rest of the free diagnostics here: Hardware Diagnostics

It's also possible that there's a conflict between 2 different anti-virus' installed on your system (AVG and Kasepersky). Please un-install one of them and ensure that only one anti-virus and one firewall is running.

Please update your ATI video drivers as there's an older driver on the system from them.

Do you want me to run all of the initial hardware diagnostics? There are a lot of links on that page and am not sure which one would be most helpful in my case. Thanks!

Initial hardware diagnostics consist of:
- a memory test
- a hard drive test
- a malware test

All the other links just give more info.
